Waltzingmouse Stamps November Release Blog Waltz!!

WELCOME to Waltzingmouse Stamps' November Release blog waltz. You should have arrived here from Bonnie's Blog, but if not and you want to waltz along then head back to Claire's Blog where you'll find all the details.

Today we are also showcasing the final set of the this release - Candy Wagon!!

I made a set of 2 cards and matching treat bag....

For my first card I teamed Candy Wagon with Compact Sentiments and Cabin Plaid.

I stamped out the Cabin Plaid onto white cardstock using Stampin' Up Barely Banana ink and then I stitched it down onto some kraft card. For the Candy Wagon I used ColorBox Sea Crystal & Stampin' Up Barely Banana. For embellishment I added some Button Twine tied into a bow.

I made  matching treat bag from a Coffee Tin Bag.

I used the same background stamp on this as I had used on my card and I punched a border at the bottom using a Martha Stewart punch. Then I layered it onto a white doily. I used the Opera Tags Die and Opera Tags stamp to make the tag on the front and tied it onto the bag with some more Button Twine

For my second card I used all 3 of the new background stamps - Yonder Star, Vintage Christmas and Cabin Plaid

I used the Vintage Christmas for my card background and the other sets to make the pennants. Both sentiments are from Candy Wagon. Then I tied a little bow with Button Twine and stuck it down onto the smaller pennant with fabri-tac.

Next stop on your waltz is Julia's Blog

Thanks for dropping by and happy Waltzing!!
Sandie

So sweet, Sandie! Such happy fresh yummy colors. Love the little CAS wagon card...reminds me of spring (and it's freezing here today, so I needed some sunshine!) The krafty tie bag looks amazing with that tag! And oh the delicious layered backgrounds on your banner card!
