Hi all, I'm back with another tutorial and today I'm sharing how I made this Pop Out Gatefold Card featuring Teeny Tiny Townie with a Bouquet. The card opens up to display the popped out image but folds into a 5" x 7" gatefold for mailing.
Supplies:
White card
Designer paper
Scoring board, ruler, bone folder
Alphabet Dies (optional)
How to:
Stamp Teeny Tiny Townie with a Bouquet onto white card. Colour, then fussy cut around the outline.
Cut a stitched oval measuring approx. 4.5" x 3.25" from designer paper and adhere the image to it using foam tape or dots. Set aside.
Cut a piece of white card measuring 10" x 7". Use the template below to cut and score.
Once all the scoring and cutting are done, fold as shown below. The 1" top and bottom sections can be folded valley or mountain, to suit your own preference.
For the panels, cut:
White card:
(2x) 6-7/8" x 2-3/8" - side panels
(4x) 7/8" x 2-3/8" - top and bottom 1" sections
(1x) 3.25" x 4.75" - centre panel
Paper:
(2x) 6.75" x 2.25" - side panels
(4x) 0.75" x 2.25" - top and bottom 1" sections
(1x) 3-1/8"" x 4-5/8"" - centre panel
(2x) 5/8" x 4-7/8" - each side of the centre panel
(2x) 6-7/8" x 2-3/8" - back side panels
Adhere the stitched oval with Teeny Tiny Townie with a Bouquet to the centre of the card base, using foam tape or dots.
