Big Sister Rocker Card Tutorial | Stamping Bella

Hi all! Today I'm sharing my Stamping Bella tutorial showing how I made this Rocker Card featuring Tiny Townie Big Sister. The coordinating CUT-IT-OUT die for this stamp is still available but once the current stock is sold it will be discontinued, so if you must have it (and you must!) now is the time to nab it.

Supplies:
White card
Designer paper (First Edition- Hey Baby)
Doily Circle dies
Stitched Circle dies
Stitched Rectangle die

How To:
For the card base cut a doily circle from white card measuring approximately 5.5" and a stitched circle from paper measuring 5.25"

Score the doily at 2.75", fold and crease with a bone folder.

Cut the paper circle in half and trim a little bit from the top of each half.

Adhere the paper front and back of the card base.

Cut another circle from white card, measuring approximately 4" and a paper circle measuring 3.75". Adhere them together.

Apply foam tape only to the bottom half of the circle panel.

Adhere the smaller circle to the card base, as shown, and set aside to work on the image.

Stamp Tiny Townie Big Sister onto white card and colour using your preferred medium.

Cut the image out using the coordinating die.

Stamp the sentiment onto white card and cut out using a stitched rectangle die

Decorate the front as desired.

Adhere the image to the card front using foam tape/dots.

Adhere the sentiment below the image on the card base.

Triple Cube Box Card Tutorial | Stamping Bella

Hi :) Today I'm sharing my Stamping Bella tutorial showing how I made this Triple Cube Pop-Up Card, featuring Sanford the Birthday Boy Stuffie

Also, in this tutorial I split the image to create 2 images from one. It's quite a simple process but does involve a little bit of freehand drawing which not everyone is comfortable with. However, on this image the drawing is minimal and easy to do.

Supplies:
Heavy cardstock
Patterned papers
Scoring board and bone folder
Stitched circle dies (2.5" and 2.75")
Embellishments

How to:
For the card base and layers you will need:
Card:
1x  11.5" x 5.5"
2x  11.5" x 2.75"
8x  2-5/8" x 2-5/8"

Paper:
8x  2.5" x 2.5"
4x  2-5/8" x 2-5/8"
2x  2-5/8" x 5-3/8"

Score the 11.5" x 5.5" piece of card and both pieces of the 11.5" x 2.75" card at 2.75", 5.5", 8.25" and 11"

Taper the edges of the 0.5" section on each piece.

Fold and crease the scorelines, folding each piece into a box shape.

Apply double sided tape to the outside of all the 0.5" sections.

Remove the tape backing and fold in on the 5.5" scoreline.

Fold in the other end, over the tape and burnish with a bone folder.

Repeat with the two smaller pieces of card.

Fold the smaller pieces flat and apply adhesive to the bottom section, under the scoreline.

Fold the larger piece flat and adhere the smaller pieces to it. Stand the box up and pull out the smaller sections to form the cubes.

Adhere the 2.5" pieces of paper to the 2-7/8" pieces of card.

Adhere the panels to the front and top of the small cubes, and the front of the tall cube, above the small cubes.

When the card is folded for mailing, the bottom of the box is seen, I also added panels to these, to give it a more finished look.

Stamp the sentiment onto some white card and cut out using a stitched rectangle, or cut out using a paper trimmers. Cut 2 pieces of card slightly shorter and narrower than the sentiment.

Fold both of the smaller pieces of card in half and crease with your nail or a bone folder. Apply double sided tape to one half of both pieces.

With the fold facing the centre of the box, adhere the hinge about half way down. Repeat on the other side (see pic below)

Apply wet glue to the front of both tabs and adhere the sentiment to them. Take the four 2-5/8" x 2-5/8" pieces of paper and adhere them to the inside bottom and back of the small cubes (covering the hinges)
Set the box aside.

To create two separate images from Sanford the Birthday Boy Stuffie, apply ink to the bear and balloons only and stamp onto white card. Clean the stamp. Cover the sections of the bear overlapping the presents (I use double sided tape for this as it's easy to remove when finished inking) and ink just the mouse and presents. Stamp the presents onto white card.

Use a copic multiliner to draw the side of the presents, and the circles design. Use a pencil first if you're unsure, but remember to erase the pencil once you've gone over it with the multiliner as the lead will smudge when you colour the image.

Colour both images and fussy cut with a precision scissors.

Cut two card circles measuring 2.75" and two paper circles measuring 2.5". Adhere the paper to the card.

Adhere the circle to the front of one of the cubes and then use foam dots to adhere the bear image. As the balloons overshoot the cube, I placed him on the right side cube so that when the card is closed, it sits over the left cube and is not over the edge of the card.

Adhere the other circle to the top of the left side cube, and use foam tape to adhere the image to it.

Take the two 2-5/8" x 5-3/8" pieces of paper and adhere them to the inside of the tall box, on the sides facing towards the front.

Decorate the box as desired. For mailing, this box fits a 6" x 6" envelope.
