Hi and welcome to the Waltzingmouse Stamps September release blog hop. You should have arrived here from Jennifer's blog but if not and you want to join in the fun, you can find the whole list over on Claire's blog.
I have 2 cards to share with you. The first card is a Side Step Card and the tutorial for this can be found over on Splitcoast Stampers. The card features All Hallows Eve & The Count.
My second card features Spooky Tree and Vintage Witch. I stamped the orange background paper with the Spooky Tree . I cut around the Witch's broom before using a circle Nestabilities to cut her out. Then I used a larger circle to mount it on. To embellish I add a single button flossed with twine.
Next stop on your hop is Julia's blog, where you will find more delicious samples from this awesome new release.
Have fun hopping!!!!

I really like both of these but the first is my favorite
Your cards are fabulous Sandie! I love the way you cut around the witches broom before using the circle die - it's so effective!
Love what you did with the Count (I happen to be a Dracula fan). I make halloween cards for everyone in my family and each year they expect something spookier than the last. Hope you don't mind, but I'll be trying your idea... Thanks!

I've never tried a side step card so I'm looking forward to checking out the tutorial. I like the background of the witches card and the witch on the broom brings back memories from work when I was called to the office and I didn't get there fast enough for some I would tell my associates "I left my broom at home".
I think the step card is fantastic and the witch is what Halloween is all about. I have to get the witch.
I love the design for the sidestep card - -very different. The stamps you used and the color choices give this card a great vintage feel!

Your two cards are wonderful - the easel card I'd declare my favorite but I love the out-of-the-box cutting of the witch's broom and the tree background, too. TFS
Both your cards are awesome in different ways. Love the side step card but the witch on the second card is just so Halloween!
Oh these are really spooky! I do like The Count with the abbey and raven. Love the Vintage Witch - such a super image!
