My card features Stamp: Paper Doll Marci (Steampunk) and these Dies - Stitched Tags, Notched Flowers Small, Heart Handles, Stitched Ovals Border

The card base, and all the layers,  were cut on the Silhouette

I used copic markers to colour her:
