Garden Girl Lilac | Stamping Bella Tutorial

Hi everyone! Today I am back with another Stamping Bella step-by-step tutorial - a Self-locking Gatefold Card featuring Tiny Townie Garden Girl Lilac. There a coordinating Garden Girl sentiment stamp set available, however I used a sentiment cut from designer papers.

This card is simple to make and so pretty to display.

Supplies:
Card
Paper (Pion - Lilacs)
Scoring board and bone folder
Scalloped and stitched circle dies
Embellishments

How to:
Stamp Tiny Townie Garden Girl Lilac onto white card, colour with your preferred medium and fussy cut around the outline.

Cut one 4" scalloped circle from coloured card, one 3.75" stitched circle from white card, and one 3.5" stitched circle from coordinating paper. Adhere them together.

Using foam tape/dots, adhere Tiny Townie Garden Girl Lilac to the circle panel.
Set aside to work on the card.

Cut one piece of coloured card measuring 5.5" x 11.5". Score on the 11.5" side at
0.75", 3", 5.25", 6.25", 8.5, and 10.75"

Mountain fold the 0.75" lines each end, and the two centre score lines. Valley fold the remaining two score lines.

Layering panels
White card:
(8)  2-1/8" x 5-3/8"
(2)  7/8" x 5-3/8"
(4)  5/8" x 5-3/8"
Paper:
(8)  2" x 5.25"
(2)  0.75" x 5.25"
(4)  0.5" x 5.25"

Adhere the paper layers to the card layers and then adhere them to the card base, back and front.

Front

Back

Apply (approx. 3" in length)  0.5" deep foam tape to the centre section of the card front. Add 2 layers if necessary

Adhere the circle panel, centering it on the card.

Once the image is adhered fold back the 2 centre score lines to pop the outer panels behind the circles, locking it in place. To open, fold back the score lines again.

Embellish the card front using cut outs from designer papers, dies, enamel dots, etc.
