Grim Reaper Bundle Girl Pop Up Slider Box | Stamping Bella

Hi all! Today I'm sharing how I made this Halloween themed Pop Up Slider Box featuring Grim Reaper Bundle Girl and a sentiment from the Fall Sentiments set. This box would be perfect for Halloween candy or a small gift/min album.

Supplies:
Halloween themed paper (used - P13 Hocus Pocus)
Selection of Halloween Dies, Tag Dies.
Scoring board and bone folder
Twine
Adhesive.

How to:
Cut an A4 sheet of black card on the short side at 5" (11.7" x 5")
Score on the long side at 2", 5-9/16", 7-9/16" and 11-1/8"

Cut a piece of black card measuring 7.5" x 9" and score at 2" on all 4 sides.

Cut the score lines on the long side, up to the intersecting score line. Do this on both sides. Cut a small wedge from each side of the 2" tabs.

For inside the drawer, cut:
Black Card:
(2) 1-7/8" x 3-3/8"
(2) 1-7/8" x 4-7/8"
(1) 3-3/8" x 4-7/8"
Paper:
(2) 1.75" x 3.25"
(2) 1.75" x 4.75"
(1) 3.25" x 4.75"

Adhere all the paper pieces the black card pieces.

Adhere only the two short side pieces, and the centre panel to the box base.

Apply adhesive to the outside of the 2" tabs and fold inwards, adhering to the long side sections. Repeat on both ends to create the drawer.

Adhere the remaining panels to the long side sections.

Cut another piece of black card at 1-7/8" x 3-3/8" and a piece of paper at 1.75" x 3.25" Adhere them together. Pierce a hole in the centre for the drawer handle.

Adhere to the front of the drawer.

Fold and crease all the score lines on the 11.7" x 5" piece of card. One one of the 3-9/16" sections, measure in 1" on all 4 sides and draw lines to connect the pencil marks.

Using a craft knife, remove the centre section.

Cut a piece of black card measuring 4-7/8" x 3-38", measure in 7/8" on all four sides, join the pencil marks and cut away the centre section. Then cut a piece of paper measuring 4.75" x 3.25" and mark in at 0.75" on all four sides. Cut away the centre section. Adhere the paper panel to the card panel, and then adhere to the drawer wrap.

Cut two pieces of black card measuring 1-7/8" x 4-7/8" and two pieces of paper measuring 1.75" x 4.75". Adhere the paper to the card, and then adhere to the 2" sections each side of the window.

Apply adhesive to the 0.5" end and adhere to the opposite end to make the drawer wrap.

To make the slider mechanism:
Cut a piece of black card measuring 1.25" x 6". Score on the 6" at 1", 3" and 5"
Valley fold the 1" score line and mountain fold both the 3" and 5" score lines.

Slide the drawer into the drawer wrap, about 1/3 of the way. Apply adhesive to the 1" section and adhere under the front 1" section of the window.

Fold up the 1" section on the other end and apply adhesive to the underneath.

Fold back down and adhere to the back of the drawer, lining up the score line with the top of the drawer.

Once the slider mechanism is secure, slide the drawer the whole way in and the slider mechanism will be flat.

Cut another piece of black card at 1-7/8" x 3-3/8" and a piece of paper at 1.75" x 3.25" Adhere them together and then adhere them to the back of the sliding drawer.

Set aside to work on the image.

Stamp Grim Reaper Bundle Girl onto white card (Holtz, Perfect Colouring Paper used) and colour using your preferred medium. Fussy cut around the outline.

Cut a piece of black card measuring 3.5" (W) x 4" (H) for the pop up panel. Also cut some layers and embellishments.

Decorate the front panel with Halloween themed elements and then adhere the image down using foam tape/dots.

Adhere a Halloween border around the box.

Pull open the drawer. Apply adhesive to the front 2" section of the sliding mechanism and adhere the pop up panel to it - ensuring to centre it across the top.

Slide the drawer in and the front panel lies flat on top of the box.

Pull the drawer out and the image panel pops up.

Add a Halloween sentiment and some enamel dots to finish.
