Gift Box Card | Stamping Bella Stamps

Hi everyone. It's Tutorial Thursday again and today I'm sharing how to make a Gift Box Card. This card is fun and easy to make and fits a standard 4.25" x 5.5" envelope.

The card features Oddball Frog Footman which comes with three sentiments.

Supplies:
Card
Designer paper
Tag Die
Small magnets
Scoring board and bone folder
Adhesive - wet glue, foam tape
Enamel dots

How to:
To make the card, cut:
Teal card:
(1x) 4.25" x 11" (base)
(1x) 5.25" x 2.25" ('lid')

White card:
(2x) 4-3/8" x 4-1/8" (inside sentiment & back panels)
(1x) 5-3/8" x 4-1/8" (card front)
(2x) 5-1/8" x 1" (lid)

Papers:
(1x) 4.25" x 4" (back)
(1x) 5.25" x 4" (card front)
(2x) 5" x 7/8" (lid)
(2x) 5-1/8" x 1" (lid-inside)
(1x) 5-3/8" x 4-1/8" (inside card front)

Stamp Oddball Frog Footman onto white card. Colour, then fussy cut around the outline.

Cut a tag approx. 3.75" x 2.5" and adhere the Oddball Frog Footman to it using foam tape. Thread some white twine through the hole at the top of the tag.
Set aside.

Score the card base at 5.5" and crease well with a bone folder.

Score the lid piece on the short side at 2-1/8". Fold over and crease well.

Apply adhesive to the edge of one side of the base.

Adhere inside the lid piece, centered horizontally, as shown. Adhere one of the lid-inside pieces of paper over it.

On the top section of the lid inside, adhere a small magnet, centered, and cover it with double sided tape. Adhere the other lid-inside piece of paper over it.

Place the other magnet over the adhered one, and put a glue dot on it.

Adhere the card panel to the card front and fold up into the lid.

Fold the lid down over it, press firmly to adhere the magnet to the white card.

Apply some double sided tape over it to keep it in place.

Adhere the paper panel on the card front.

Open up the card and adhere the sentiment panel and the inside paper panel. A gift card can be adhered to the bottom section using just a glue dot or some silicone glue.

Adhere the white card strips and paper strips to the front and back of the lid.

Stamp the sentiment on the inside panel.

Retrieve the image on the tag and adhere the card front, adding paper layers first as preferred. Add some enamel dots to the tag to embellish.

Oddball White Rabbit Peek-a-Boo Card | Stamping Bella

Hi all! I am back with another Stamping Bella tutorial. Today I am showing you how I made this Peek-a-Boo card featuring Oddball White Rabbit. This card really is so easy to make and the peek-a-boo panel is such a fun interactive element.

Supplies:
Cardstock - White, black, and red
Scoring board and bone folder
Ruler, pencil, and eraser
Designer paper (used: Kora - Wonderland)

How to:
Stamp Oddball White Rabbit onto white card, colour with your preferred medium, and fussy cut around the outline.

Set the image aside.

For the card, cut :
White card - 8.5" x 5.5" (base) and 6.5" x 5.5" (insert)
Black card - 5.25" x 4"
Red card - 4.75" x 3.5" (front panel) and 4.5" x 3" (peek-a-boo panel)
White card or patterned paper 4.25" x 2.75" (peek-a-boo panel)

Score the 8.5" x 5.5" piece of card at 4.25" to make the card base

Score the 6.5" x 5.5" insert piece on the long side at 3.5"

On the card base, measure and draw a line at 2.25" from the centre score line.

Measure in 0.5" (top and bottom) and draw a line to the 2.25" pencil line.

Cut away the 2.5" sections to the intersecting score line

Take the insert piece and apply adhesive to the 3.5" side

Adhere to the card base

Cut paper - 5.25" x 3.25" and 5.25" x 2.75" and adhere to the insert.

Close up the card and then bend up the top slightly so you can see the tab of the card base. Apply adhesive just to this small section.

Open up the card and, lining up the bottom of the peek-a-boo panel with the tab, adhere down.

Adhere the white card or patterned pater to the panel.

Close up the card and the peek-a-boo panel should be completely hidden inside.

To create the front panel cut a selection of paper layers.

Assemble the front panel then adhere the White Rabbit using foam tape/dots. Cut a sentiment from the Alice in Wonderland Sentiments and cut out using an oval die. Adhere flat beside the rabbit

Stamp the sentiment from the Birthday Sentiments set onto a strip of white card. Adhere to the peek-a-boo panel.

Apply some enamel dots to decorate
