This is my take on it. 

My card features Shopping Marci and these Dies - Rolled Roses Sm & Med, Cherry Blossom Flowers,Pretty Poinsettia, Stitched Scallops Border

I used copic markers to colour her up - 

Skin - E000, E00, E11, R20

Hair - E21, E23, E27

Shirt - R43, R24, R46

Pants - B91, B93, B95, B97

Shoes/Vest - C1, C3

Bags - Y21, Y26. BG000, BG01

Envelope - E41, E42, E43

The papers are from Kaisercraft's Procelain Rose collection and I've used white, red and navy blue cardstock. For the flower centres I've added some Cream Viva Pearl Pen.
