Mini Frenchies Triangle Box | Stamping Bella Tutorial

Happy Thursday all!! Today I have another Stamping Bella tutorial for you. As you all know by now, I love to make gift boxes and I love to make them all shapes and sizes. Well today I have Triangle Treat Boxes featuring the Mini Frenchies stamp set (keeping with our Dogs SOTM theme) 

Supplies:

Mini Frenchie Set rubber stamps

Dog Sentiments rubber stamps

Card

Paper

Scoring board and bone folder

Circle and scalloped circle die

Pencil and ruler

Adhesive/foam tape

Twine

How to:

Stamp the Mini Frenchies onto blending card and colour using your preferred medium. 

For the box base:

Cut one piece of card measuring 9.75" x 8"

Score on the long side at 1.75", 4.25" and 7.25"

Turn the card and score on the short side at 2" and 6" 

On the end with the 1.75" score line, cut up to the second intersecting score line and remove the 2 outer panels. Repeat on the opposite side. 

On the end with the 7.25" score line, cut up to the first score line and remove the outer panel. Repeat on the opposite side. 

On both of the remaining outer panels, draw a pencil mark in the centre - 1.5"

Score from the pencil mark down to the outer corner of that panel, on both sides to make a triangle. 

Repeat on the opposite side. 

Fold and crease all the score lines with a bone folder. 

For the paper layers:

Cut three pieces at 3-7/8" x 2-3/8" and two pieces at 1-5/8" x 3-7/8"

On the outside of the box, adhere the paper to the front panel (lime green), the back of the triangle and the box flap (daffodils) 

On the inside adhere the paper layers to the two sections shown only. 

Apply adhesive to the outside of the triangles nearest the front panel.  

Fold them in and adhere to the inside of the front panel. 

Cut the Mini Frenchie out using a stitched circle die. Cut a larger scalloped circle to adhere the image to. Stamp the Dog Sentiment onto white card and cut out using a stitched rectangle. 

Wrap some twine around the box and tie at the back. 

Apply some foam tape to the top section of the image only. 

Adhere the image to the flap of the box over securing the twine. 

Open up the box and adhere the sentiment to the inside of the flap. 

Pop in some treat bars, candies, gift card, or any other small gift.
