My papers are MME Lost & Found and Kraft cardstock. All of my papers have been stitched down. I cut my image out with classic circle nestabilities and mounted it on 3D dots for dimension. The stars are inked grungeboard and the sentiment is from Waltzingmouse Stamps.

Just Magnolia Challenge - Friends

, Hi everyone! Well the copic saga continues, lol. I am still awaiting my skin tones so no colouring for me :( . On the upside I am getting to use images I had previously coloured, like this beautiful Tilda from Magnolia. 

I am entering it into Just Magnolia's challenge which is themed Friends along with some other challenges, listed below.

I made this card for my DT submission on Basic Grey Challenges - with the theme of Shabby Chic - only I forgot one key ingredient.. yes.. I used no Basic Grey on it, duh!!! It has certainly been one of those weeks, lol. 

The paper I did use is from Tim Holtz and it's about the only scrap of that paper I had left. I teamed it with some blue and some white card and machine stitched them. The border work was done using my new favourite MS punch. The flowers, seam binding and lace are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the white stamens (?) were in my from my RAK from Ali. As always, I've added some pearls - LOVE pearls!!!

Post 'Blogger Meltdown' catch-up ;)

Good morning. So Blogger's up and running again and all is right with the world once more ;) As I couldn't post my card yesterday today's post is a double up, lol. 

First up is Tickled Pink Challenges, and the theme this week is Vintage Colours. The prize up for grabs....2 RUBBER Stamps of your choice! My image is from the newly released stamps for May and is called Lil Victorian Steampunk Lolita Evie

My papers are Graphic 45's Steampunk and they  have been distressed, inked and stitched. The flowers are from Wild Orchid and the sentiment is from Waltzingmouse Stamps. 

Next up is Basic Grey Challenges - and our theme for this challenge is Mix 'n' Match - use papers, embellies from different Basic Grey collections. My papers are a mix of Offbeat and Hello Luscious.

The image is from La-La Land Crafts and is called Marci with Rose. I've added some glossy accents to the roses in her hand, hat and shoes.

I will be back later to add my copic colours - for now I have to run as I promised the kidlets I would take them out this morning!!

DT Whiff of Joy & La-La Land Crafts

Hi everyone. I hope you are having a good day :) I have a couple of cards I'd like to share today, and first up is DT card for Whiff of Joy. This is one of new stamps which was released on May 1st and is named Friends Forever - Nora & Ben.

The sentiment is also from Whiff of Joy, and is also part of the new release. You are My Hero - a set of 9 sentiment stamps. These would work so well with Whiff of Joy's digi stamps. To embellish I used some tulle, silver rimmed pearl brads and flat backed pearls. 

Copics - way too many to list, lol.

Next is a card featuing my first La-La Land image, Sweetheart Marci. I really enjoyed colouring this and couldn't resist printing out some more to play with later :D
