WOW! Emobssing - A Little Note...

Hi everyone!! Today I am sharing some WOW! Embossing Summer Inspiration for you. This month the WOW! design team are creating Summer inspired projects and my take on it was to use HOT colours,

Taking some white card I heat embossed French Music with Clear Gloss embossing powder. I used Dylusions sprays and Glimmer Mist to create the background. Being the impatient type that I am I used my heat gun to dry the sprays and then lightly rubbed a damp baby wipe across the music notes to remove the colour.

I used the Butterfly and sentiment from the With Love clear stamp set - I heat embossed the butterfly with Primary Bark and coloured the wings with distress inks. The sentiment has also been stamped out with distress ink and cut out with Nestabilities.

La-La Land Crafts Inspiration Friday - Embossing : Wet or Dry

As promised, I am back with my La-La Land Crafts Inspiration Friday project. This week our theme to follow is Embossing. You can use heat (wet) embossing using your powders or dry embossing using your folders

I used embossing folders and tried my hand at another CAS card. The image is Marci with Fan and the dies I've used are Rolled Roses Large and Rolled Roses Sm/Med and I've used the Large Flourish die for the leaves

I have stamped onto Make it Colour Blending card and coloured her up with Copic Markers:

Skin - E000, E00, E01, E11, R20

Hair - C9

Fan - YR02, YR14, YR16, YR18

Green - YG11, YG13, YG17

Pink - RV21, RV23, RV25

Black - C5, C7.C9

A Creative Romance - No Patterned/Designer Papers

Hi everyone!! We have a new challenge today at A Creative Romance . The very lovely Delphine challenged us to use 'No Patterned/Designer Papers'.. eek!!!!

While I was sitting colouring my Magnolia image I received a text message asking me to make a wedding card - I could not have timed it better, lol. Soooo pulling on my big girl panties I grabbed white card, embossing folders, dies and punches and got to work. :D

I stamped my image onto Make it Crafty Blending card and coloured with copic markers. The dies I've used are a mix of Spellbinders and La-La Land Crafts Rolled Roses Small, Medium & Large and the leave are made from the Large Flourish die. I also added a punched butterfly and embellished with white sparkly pearls.

Baby Boo's Shower Hop!!

WELCOME to a very special hop for a very special lady who is awaiting the arrival of a very special little girl :D Yes, as it says on the banner.. the Diedrich family are not too far away from welcoming Baby Boo!! The world can't ever have too many Princesses.

Of course such a happy occasion cannot go un-noted so we, the design team, have put together a little surprise hop for Jess, with some super pink and girly projects :D

Friend - Saturated Canary Walkie

She has been stamped out onto Make it Colour blending card and coloured up with copic markers. The background shadow is done with distress ink.

The Greeting Farm July Release Blog Hop
