Hello :)

Hi !!! Today and I have some Little Darlings Rubber Stamps inspiration to share, using some of the Summer CHA release stamps.

I made a step card featuring one of the fabulous new backgrounds - Around the World: Ballroom and I've paired it with Penny's Pully Wagon from the Candibean Release.  I made up the design of this card myself, working around the bacground image which is just over 5" tall x 4" wide.

I've coloured it all up with Copic Markers and trimmed out my images with a scissors, adhering them down with 3D foam dots. The papers are from the Chocolate Covered Cherry collection and the sentiment is from Little Darling's Everyday Sentiments

Well that's it from me, I hope you find some inspiration from my project today :)
Have a great day

Little Darlings Rubber Stamps - Snowflake Ballet

Good afternoon!!

I have quite a busy blog today so if you are here for The Greeting Farm September release blog hop you should CLICK HERE
and if you are here for Leanne's Birthday Card post you should CLICK HERE.

It's my turn to share some Little Darlings Rubber Stamps Inspiration and today I have a project to share using one of the Summer CHA release images - Snowflake Ballet.

To showcase my image I altered a Trinket Box.

First I painted the box with white and blue acrylic paint and then covered it over with patterened papers. I coloured my image up with copic markers and added both glossy accents and stickles on the snowflakes.

To embellish I used some Prima/Wild Orchid floweres, pearls, pins & die cuts. The sentiment is from the Warm Fuzzies: Christmas & Winter collection.

Supplies:
Papers -
Trinket Box Kit - La-La Land Crafts
Dies - Open Leaf Flourish, Book Tab & Labels by La-La Land Crafts
Flowers - Wild Orchid Crafts & Prima

Little Darlings Rubber Stamps - Friendship

Howdy!! My second post for today so if you are looking for my "Sentimental" La-La Land Crafts project you need to keep on scrollin'.. ;)

I altered  an MDF wall sign and featured one of the new CHA release images by Little Darlings Rubber Stamps - Puppy Love, and one of the fabulous sentiments from Big Words set.

I applied a layer of white paint to the MDF before covering it with papers from the Chocolate Covered Cherry 6x6 collection. I stamped Puppy Love onto Make it Colour blending card and coloured her with Copic markers, then I sponged the background with Tumbled Glass Distress ink before removing the circle die, thus leaving a white border all around. I then layered it onto a white doily using 3D foam for depth and dimension.

To embellish I added some lace, Wild Orchid Crafts and Prima flowers, a sateen bow and a heart charm flossed with twine.

LDRS - Altered Moleskine Journal for Teacher

Hi everyone. I have an altered moleskine journal to share with you today.

My daughter asked me to make an end of year gift for her teacher and she also asked that I use Geekin' It by Saturated Canary on whatever I made. So here's what I came up with......
(she hasn't seen it yet, wish me luck that she likes it!!!!)

The journal is quite large at 8.25" tall and over 5" wide so there is plenty of room to add loads of extras. The papers I've used are from the Fruit Basket 12 x 12 collection.

I stamped Geekin' It  onto Make it Colour blending card and coloured her up with copic markers. Then I trimmed her out with a scissors and adhered her to the doily underneath with 3D foam dots.

To embellish I added some flowers, pins, a punched butterfly, wooden 'school' and a pearl swirl. I also added some canvas borders from Pink Paislee's Old School range. They worked really well with the gorgeous papers.

As my daughter attends a Gaelscoil, where they conduct lessons speaking only in Irish (except for English class, lol) I added the Irish word for Notes, which is NotaĆ, using black Thickers.

Thanks for dropping by today!

DT Little Darlings Rubber Stamps - Sending Wishes

Hi everyone! I am so excited to be sharing my very first DT post for Little Darling Rubber Stamps today. YAY!!! I have always loved these cuties and after meeting Angie at CHA last month I couldn't wait to get started - there goes taking the summer off from DT projects, lol.

For the month of August the DT are concentrating on Shaped Cards (not rectangle or square). Now while technically you could argue that my card is a square, it's actually a Postage Stamp shape cut out using Grand Nestabilities ;)

I used a sweet Saturated Canary image called No Bites.I masked her and stamped the Cottage Gate background. As always, I've used copic markers to colour it up. The Best Wishes sentiment is from All Occasions sentiment set.

I am also sharing another card I made because I just couldn't wait to ink up that rubber!! I posted this on the Little Darlings Rubber Stamps Facebook page a couple of weeks ago. It features Chloe, Child's Wagon, Picking Apples & Fall Harvest Sentiments stamps, and one of  the fantastic new line of papers - Caladium, which are designed by fabby Ms. Mindy Baxter, for LDS.

You can pre-order all of the CHA release stampsover on the Little Darlings Rubber Stamps Store right now. a
