Stamping Bella - Bellariffic Friday

It's Bellariffic Friday time over on Blogabella and this week we had a fabby sketch to work with.
My card features Uptown Girl Sunny is Stylish and I've colured her up with copic markers. I trimmed her out and adhered her down with 3D foam dots. The papers I've used are from Basic Grey. I am determined to use up those papers I was least fond of in each of my 6x6 packs, and these were some of them.

To embellish I added some washi tape, baker's twine, pearls, a flossed button and a metal key charm.

Just a reminder that instead of a weekly prize for challenges, there is now a monthly prize of a $50 voucher up for grabs! The winner will be drawn from all entries sent in during the month, so make sure you play along as often as possible to increase your chances of winning. Remember, you must use a current Stamping Bella stamp too!

This week's challenge is an Inspiration Challenge. If you want your project featured on the Bella blog be sure to email your entries to Emily by Thursday night!

Have a great day!

Stamping Bella's Bellariffic Friday - For My Friends

It's time for this week's Bellariffic Friday and this week we had the theme of For My Friends. Here is my interpretation..

My card features Clarissa and Camille with a Cafe which comes the sentiment included. I cut the sentiment apart. The papers are from Basic Grey and I've matted it with white cardstock. The border work is done with a MS punch. To embellish I added some pink pearl pen.

Next week we have a sketch for you..

Have a great day!

More Faux Fun!!

Hi! Popping in quickly with another Faux Leather Wallet I made, featuring Faith the Fairy from Stamping Bella

When my little one saw the brown wallet I made she asked if I would make one for her, in pink.. so I did! lol. What the Princess wants.... and all that...

I coloured Faith up with copic markers and trimmed the paper down to fit in the oval I had cut out of the wallet using Nestabilities.

The ribbon is from by East of India and I've had it for EVER!  I found some HERE on Amazon.

Have a great day!

WOW! Embossing - Faux Leather Wallet

Morning!! Today I am sharing a project for this month's challenge over on WOW! Embossing, and our theme is Fabric

I found the tutorial for this faux leather wallet over on Splitcoast Stampers. I used Kraft card, put through the cuttlebug with an embossing folder and then heat embossed with clear gloss. In the tutorial you do these steps before stitching the patterned paper inside but I found it very hard to get it through the machine, and found stitching before heat embossing was much easier.

For my fabric I added some ribbon and ribbon sliders to each side. I finished with a metal button.
