Hi!! Before I get to my card today I would like to tell you that I will be posting a Blog Candy here on my blog tomorrow. I recently noticed that I had almost 70,000 hits on my blog. This fortnight the theme for our challenge on Basic Grey Challenges is to use Doilies and Ribbons on your project.
While searching through my Magnolias recently I came across some older ones that I'm not sure I ever used..*shock*. It really is shameful how we become 'collectors' of stamps, lol.
I had also found Basic Grey Eerie in the Simon Says Stamp store recently so I made a HALLOWEEN card! I figure since people have already started their Christmas cards it was pretty ok for me to do Halloween ;) I matted my papers onto silver and black card and machine stitched them all, slipping a 1/2 doily in between they layers.
I coloured my Witch Tilda with Copics - E00, 01, 11, R20. C1, 3, 5, 8. YG00, 06. V11, 13. E43, 50. E31, 33, 35. Y21, 26, 28. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts, the black ribbon from my local store and the purple seam binding is from an Etsy Store. I'm not sure where the ghost button or the black lace came from.

This is soo cool. I love the contrast between the dark colours, like the purple and black, and then the pops of neon with your WOC flowers. So pretty.. if a halloween card can be such a thing? LOL!!
