Peony Baby in a Pot | Stamping Bella

Happy Friday!! Today I am sharing my Stamping Bella Bellariffic Friday card.

I made a cute gift bag featuring Peony Baby in a Pot. I just love this little babies. 

I coloured the image with copic markers and then cut it using the coordinating die.

Inky Impressions Inspiration - Gift Bag and Matching Tag

Hi everyone. 

Check out the Inky Impressions Inspirational Blog where I have a sweet Gift Tote bag & Tag to share.

I found a tutorial for this HERE on Splitcoaststampers.
You will need one sheet of card, some stamps and/or patterned papers and 12 small brads.

To make the tag I inked up Little St. Nicholas with Antique Linen distress ink, stamped it onto some white card and then stamped the matching sentiment with Momento Tuxedo Black ink. I matted the tag with the same blue card that I used for the tote bag.

I filled a cello bag with chocolates to put inside the bag and tied it off with the same blue ribbon that I attached the tag to the tote with. To finish I just added a couple pearls to the tag.

Inky Impressions Inspriation Blog - Holiday Gift Bag

Hi everyone. I was very honoured to be invited back to Inky Impressions Stamps as guest designer for November & December and my first post is up on the Inky Impressions Inspiration Blog today. Waltzingmouse Stamps October Previews - Day 2

Good morning!! I do hope you're enjoying the Waltzingmouse Stamps previews. Today we have another fantastic set - Nordic Winter. I really had SO much fun with this set.

First I made a card and gift bag set, but the idea of the gift bag is to have some Reindeer Feed in it. The kids would LOVE.IT!!

This set is just so amazing that I even made my own background paper. Not a scrap of MME or BG to be seen!! The ink is Stampin' UP Ruby Red and for the sentiment I used Momento Rich Cocoa. Not sure where I got the red cardstock. The gingham ribbon is from my Raspberry Ribbons kits.

I stamped the gift bag using the same ink - SU Ruby Red - and added some narrower gingham ribbon through 2 punched holes to secure the top. The border work was done using Martha Stewart Antique Lace punch. I cut the circle and scalloped circle with Spellbinders Nestabilities.

While I had all the red and white out, lol, I decided to make a Stocking Gift Card Holder - which is a FREEBIE template over on the Waltzingmouse Stamps store. Again I used the SU Ruby Red ink to lay down my pattern and I sponged on some antique linen distress ink. I found some reindeer charms in my stash, perfect for this project. 

The sentiment is from yesterday's preview set Seasonal Remedies.

As I said, I was having so much fun that I really didn't want to stop so I made another card.... only this time I DID break out the patterned papers -  Bo Bunny Blitzen. 

I stamped my reindeer image with Antique Linen Distress Ink and the sentiment with the Rich Cocoa Momento. I love how the sentiment fits perfectly between the Reindeer. I cut it out with Nestabilities Tags dies, added some blue organza ribbon and some pearls. All of my papers have been machine stitched. 

I had one more project in the pipeline but the kiddos were home from school and they wanted dinner! I will save it for another day ;)

Waltzingmouse Stamps September Release Blog Waltz

It's release time!!

Today Waltzingmouse Stamps is releasing 4 new collections - A Cottage Home, Hocus Pocus, Say it Loud Autumn/Winter and A Christmas Cottage.

Over the past 3 days the DT have been bringing you sneak peeks of each set and today it is the turn of A Christmas Cottage

I have made a couple of cards and a gift bag. On these projects I have used various stamps from A Christmas Cottage, A Cottage Home &  Vintage Ornaments. 

For this card I stamped out the trees and masked them before stamping the cottage. I also used the pathway from A Cottage Home. I used copic markers to colour it, then added some Polar White flower soft for the snow. 

I handcut the sentiment, inked it with distess ink and added some punched snowflakes with pearl centres. The snowman has been trimmed out and mounted on dimensionals. 

For the gift bag I used Prisma pencils, blended with Jest-It solution. For the snow I used Star Dust Stickles. For the tag I used the Vintage Ornaments stamped with red SU ink, hand cut it out and tied it to the bag using a soft twine.

For a very quick and easy card I took two sheets of Bo Bunny Blitzen paper, cut out the baubles from one and mounted them on dimensionals over the other and stamped a sentiment with black momento ink. I stitched down all of my papers, adhered it to the card base and voila!!
