My card features not only the newest release, but the newest line of vintage stamps, Edgar and Molly. These characters are based on children's storybook characters and come in sets so they are great for mixing and matching.

The set I've used is Edgar and Molly Vintage Clock Collection.
This set also has coordinating Dies available.

I kept my card very clean and simple, and just added a rivet and twine for embellishment. I love the sentiment - it's one from the Edgar and Molly Vintage Sentiments set. I think it works really well with these images.

Hippity Hoppity | Create a Smile Stamps

Hi everyone.
Today I am sharing a card I made for the current Create a Smile Stamps mood board challenge.

This is the Mood Board

....... And this is my take on it. 

The stamps I've used are Eggstraordinary Egghunt. I'm getting great mileage from these stamps, this is the third card I've made with them since I bought them a short while ago, lol. 

The card is a hand designed chalkboard easel card. Not sure I completely nailed it, but I like it. I took many elements from the Mood Board when designing the card. The little tag is from the Cool Cuts Lovely Tags XS set.

Balloon Tilda | Swedish House Crafts DT

Hi! Today I'm sharing a card I made featuring the new Balloon Tilda from Magnolia Stamps Pop Fizz Clink collection.

The paper I used is No Doubt, from the Denim and Girls collection by Maja Designs. These papers are double sided so they coordinate perfectly. 

The heart, cake, banner and pennant dies are also from the Pop Fizz Click collection.

Tilda is coloured with Copic Markers and then fussy cut using a precision scissors.

Green - YG21, YG25

White Gel Pen.

Thinking of You | Papermilldirect DT

Hi everyone. Today I am sharing a very quick card I made, using grey card, white card, a tag die and feather dies. 

The card base measures 120mm x 148mm (approx 4.75" x 5 7/8")

To make the panel for the card front I cut a piece of grey card measuring 4" x 5.25" and embossed it using a dots embossing folder. I matted it onto a piece of white card measuring 4 1/8" x 5 3/8" and adhered it to the card base using foam tape. The tag measures 4.25" x 2 5/8". I punched a hole at the top and threaded some white twine though it.

The feathers are cut using a Feather Die, and the sentiment is from Sympathy clear stamp set. Both products are from La-La Land Crafts. I used foam squares to attach the feathers to the tag, and also on the tag to attach it to the card front, which gives loads of dimension to the card.

Rock Star Marci | La-La Land Crafts

Hi all and Happy Saturday!!

I've been getting a little more crafty time of late and I'm finally getting to work with all the images I had coloured up but didn't get time to turn into projects.

I am loving these gatefold easel cards at the moment. They are fun to make and they open up to form a great card shape for display. This card features Rock Star Marci from La-La Land Crafts. She was originally in the November 2018 Club La-La Land Kit but has now gone on general release. The kit also contained the Guitar, Three Roses and Rock Star dies.

The papers are also by La-La Land Crafts, and come in 6" x 6" packs. The ones I've used are called Get Inky. 

Marci is coloured using copic markers. I fussy cut around her before popping her up on foam tape, onto a Stitched Tag die.

The card also folds up for easy mailing
